Der Berliner's lifelong mission is to improve the cultural relations of India and Germany.
We organize various events, festivals and programs related to German and Indian culture, heritage, history, languages, tourism, literature and much more.
Also, we publish the first Indo-German Magazine specially for students-
Das Sprachgefühl.
Our Story
Der Berliner was born out of a simple idea:
Helping students to learn languages with simple and fun study material, plus help them to make their learning journey easy, enjoyable, and fun.
We mainly organize online Workshops, programs and events for beginners-
Fun activities to improve Grammar and Vocabulary;
And much more!

Ms. Isha Pataskar
Founder & CEO
Indian and foreign culture, politics, history, languages are my interests.
I have written for several magazines, newspapers, journals and radio channels since a tender age. I love to learn foreign languages, I speak/understand German, Korean and French.
I'm a student of IR, Diplomacy, Defence and Strategy at the Savitribai Phule Pune University.

I'm Ajinkya Vartak from Pune. In my free time I like to write, but sometimes I also like to watch films, especially the films from Germany. Now I work at a company where I can use the German language. Even in the future, I dream to do something extraordinary with the German language.

Expert on Indian temples. Writer, Publisher, Honoured twice with the State Award for Excellence in Writing 'Rajyapuraskar' by the Maharashtra Government. Published 37 books. Presented many programs on Akashwani AIR, Conducts programs, workshops and events on Iconography, Indian culture, hertiage and temple architecture.

Ms. Rasika Gumaste
A professional Bharatnatyam and Odissi dancer. Completed her Masters in German from Jawaharlal Nehru University. Secretary of CITLOB-ALP Association of Language Professionals.
After undergoing rigorous training in the Kalakshetra style of Bharatnatyam since her childhood under the mentorship of Guru Maniktai Ambike, Rasika Gumaste went on to explore a new dance style – ODISSI. She took intense training under the guidance of Smt. Yogini Gandhi in Pune and thereafter founded her own institute AKANKSHA ODISSI NRITYALAYA to pass on her knowledge to dedicated and passionate students.
Rasika Gumaste has given performances on several prestigious platforms, solo as well as in group.
